Srinagar, Jan 3: The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), the apex body representing all business organizations in the Valley, has urged the state to impose a one per cent cess in the upcoming budget on petrol and two per cent cess on cigarettes and liquor being sold in J&K to generate revenue for the maintenance and upgradation of the roads and for beautification of Srinagar City.
