CPI(M) for scrapping of AFSPA, other draconian laws in Jammu and Kashmir (New Kerala)

Srinagar, Dec 6 : Demanding implementation of Working Group (WG) recommendations on scrapping of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA), the Communist Party of India (M) said withdrawal of such laws and other draconian measures would have positive impact on the ground in the valley.
