Srinagar, Mar 30 : Declaring that the withdrawal of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) would be discussed after parliamentary elections, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said recent infiltration attempts from across the border has nothing to do with the Act.
