Srinagar: The State Vigilance Organisation Thursday caught red-handed Zubeida Hassan, building inspector, Abdul Rashid Bhat, sanitary supervisor and M Hussain Shah, clerk Srinagar Municipal Corporation while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 5000 from the complainant for allowing him to construct five shops without permission.

Srinagar, Nov 20: Peoples Democratic Party has decided to field the party President Mehbooba Mufti from the Wachi constituency of district Shopian.
