A joint group finalises the modalities of the arrangement. The dates for opening trade routes across the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu & Kashmir are likely to be announced by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Pakistani President Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari in New York later this week.
