Mulayam blames Congress for Kashmir rights violations (IANS via Yahoo! India News) |
Srinagar, Nov 19 (IANS) Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav Monday alleged that the Congress leadership has not fulfilled its promise of zero tolerance against human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir and rights abuse is continuing unabated in the state.
