Tarigami for law to protect interests of workers |
Srinagar, Nov 18: CPI-M State Secretary and MLA Kulgam M Y Tarigami has called for introducing a bill in coming budget session of state legislature for safeguarding the interests of labour force engaged in construction of projects. He said that this has become necessary to provide social security to such workers and provided them minimum wages under Minimum Wages Act (MWA).
