Srinagar, Sep 2: Lifting of curfew Tuesday couldn’t bring respite for many Kashmiris as shortage of essentials including medicines and cooking fuel continued to hit the summer capital, where the blockade of the Valley coupled with a stringent 9-day curfew had worsened the crisis.
