KICA welcomes minister’s decision |
Srinagar, July 22: The Kashmir Ircon Contractors Association (KICA) on Sunday welcomed the announcement by R. Velu, Minister of State for Railways that cost of the Kashmir rail project would be enhanced and start of the railway line from Qazigund to Varmul in early 2008.
