Kashmiri compulsory subject from next academic session |
Srinagar, Oct 31: The state government has decided to include Kashmiri language in the curricular scheme as compulsory subject upto secondary stage of schooling in all the schools of valley.
andnbsp;Accordingly the education department has made it compulsory for all the 8th class students of Kashmir valley to appear in Kashmiri subject in the 8th class examination scheduled from November 3, 2008.
