Kangan protest against PDD |
Kangan, Feb 19 : Scores of people including women and children on Tuesday took to streets at Padawbal, 4 km from here, and protested the erratic power supply in the area. Accusing the Power Development Department for mismanagement in power distribution, the protesters shouted slogans against the government and the department. They blocked the Srinagar-Leh highway resulting disruption in vehicular traffic on it.
