Srinagar, June 6: The transfer of 800 Kanal forest-land at Baltal, Sonamarg, to the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB) on Friday came in for severe condemnation from various political, religious and social organizations.
andnbsp;The state government recently accorded sanction to the diversion of forest-land measuring 39.88 hectares (about 800 kanals) falling in block Kukllan, Sindh in the Sindh Forest Division to the SASB.
