Indo-Pak peace process not stalled: Menon

New Delhi, Dec 4: A wide- range of talks will be held between Pakistan Foreign Minister Inam ul Haq and Indian External Affairs Minister when they meet on the sidelines of the SAARC Council of Ministers meeting being commenced here on December 7 and 8.
