ICDS workers without pay for three months

Srinagar, July 27: The ICDS workers with social welfare department working in some 19000 Anganwadi centers in the State are without honorarium for the past three months. Though the central government has sent the money, the State Finance Department has withheld the money as it is awaiting credit conformation.
