Hurriyat (M) mocks at zero tolerance slogan |
Srinagar: The executive council of Hurriyat (M) has expressed serious concern over increasing human rights violations in the state allegedly at the hands of Indian troops, despite assurances of zero tolerance to these violations by no less a person than the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
