Hizb alleges increase in rights violations |
Srinagar: Hizbul Mujahideen on Monday expressed serious concern over the growing incidents of human rights violations in the state allegedly at the hands of troops.
andnbsp;In a statement faxed today from Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK), the Hizbul Mujahideen chief spokesman Ihsan Illahi alleged that troops had wreaked havoc with the life people in the length and breadth of Jammu Kashmir.
