Handwara-Vilgam road in a shambles |
Handwara, May 7: The 18-Km Handwara-Vilgam road, an important road link for about 50 villages of Handwara Tehsil, is in a shambles, so full of potholes and so dusty that many drivers take longer detours than drive their vehicles on it.
