Ground situation in JK has changed: Baig |
Jammu, Mar 20: The deputy chief minister Muzaffar Hussain Baig Thursday said that the peace initiative by India and Pakistan was outcome of the policies undertaken by the coalition partners, which was overwhelmingly ratified by the Centre.
