Delhi: An emergency meeting of a body of Kashmiri pandits, Kashmir Samiti Delhi (KSD), on Saturday conditionally welcomed the prime minister, Dr Manmohan Singh’s announcement in which he had said that Rs.1600 croreandnbsp; would be spent for theandnbsp; return of the Kashmiri Pandits to the valley. It has expressed apprehension that the scheme, in its present form, will not bring about the ‘desired’ results.
