Srinagar: Taking strong exception to the statement of president Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mehbooba Mufti, MLA Beerwah Sarfaraz Khan Friday said that during his tenure as a minister, he criticized the chief patron Mufti Muhammad Sayeed and his daughter for their “dictator behavior.”
