Jammu, Dec 6: A Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the High Court Jammu Wing by the State President Samajwadi Party Sheikh Abdul Rehman Ex-MP, challenging the constitutional amendment (29th of 2002) providing that it shall not be necessary to readjust the total number of seats in the State Legislative Assembly till the year 2026, indirectly debarring and deferring the constitution of delimitation commission for readjustments of seats in the State Legislative Assembly for around 3 decades
