Aga Syed condemns police action at Budgam |
Srinagar, July 1: Hurriyat Conference (M) senior leader and Anjuman Sharie Shian president Aga Syed Hassan Al-Sufvi Al-Moosvi has strongly condemned the use of indiscriminate force on peaceful protesters at Budgam Chowk in central Kashmir, killing an old man and injuring several others. Police on Tuesday resorted to lathi-charge and teargas shelling to disperse a procession led by Hurriyat leader Syed Aga Syed. Abdul Gani Sheikh, 70, was killed and several others injured in the police action.
