Srinagar, Oct 12: The Election Commission of India seems divided on the issue of conducting the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, as the meeting held in New Delhi with the Home ministry officials on Sunday to discuss the pros and cons ended inconclusively. The Commission is to meet again on Monday after which it is likely to make a formal announcement.

Budgam, Oct 12: The road connecting Budgam to Khansahib is in a dilapidated condition as for over a year now the residents commuting on the road have a difficult time with potholes on entire stretch.
