Crackdown hampers earthquake relief in Pakistan (TODAYonline) |
The offices and seminary of banned charity organisation Jamaat-ud-Dawa is seen outside the capital of Pakistani-administered Kashmir of Muzaffarabad on December 13. The closure of a Pakistan charity listed as a terrorist group has brought relief operations in some of the areas worst hit by October’s devastating earthquake to a halt, local people say.
