Banned Kashmiri militant outfits re-emerging in Pakistan (IANS via Yahoo! India News)

Islamabad, April 26 (IANS) Various militant organisations, including the Hizbul Mujahideen, are re-emerging in Pakistan, especially in Karachi, after they remained underground for past several years, it was reported here Saturday.
