SRINAGAR: The separatists’ call for a poll “boycott” was asserted by an appeal for post-Friday prayers shutdown here protesting against “turning the Valley into a garrison during elections and a crackdown on pro-azadi leaders and activists”, just two days before the second phase of polling in the state.
