JK to be number one among most corrupt states, alleges NC (Outlook India) |
Lambasting the Congress-led state government headed by Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad for “corruption” in the state, opposition National Conference today said alleged that Jammu and Kashmir would soon be the most corrupt state in the country.
