J-K pursuing policy of attrition: Kashmiri Pandits (Outlook India) |
Alleging the Jammu and Kashmir government of pursuing a policy of attrition, Kashmiri Pandits today claimed there are instances of “administrational connivance in divesting Hindus of the Valley from their properties, shrines and businesses”.
