Peace prevails in Kashmir on the eve of Ramadan (Lead) (New Kerala)

Srinagar, Sep 1 : Peace largely prevailed in the Kashmir valley Monday, a day before Muslim holy month of Ramadan, as curfew was relaxed in a phased manner for varying periods.
