Jammu, Nov 19 : As the cross border Poonch-Rawlakote bus service resumed after the first phase of elections in Poonch district, 138 civilians swapped borders via the Line of Control (LoC) at Chakan-da-bagh in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said here today.
