Srinagar, Jan 24: After holding deliberations with state unit of Congress party and keeping in view the forthcoming elections to the state assembly, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) has finally decided to appoint Union Minister for Water Resources Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz as President of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Committee (JKPCC).
